Gotta love those lazy days. :)

Happy Memorial day everyone! And thank you to all the brave men and women who lay down their lives for our country!

'Twas a pretty relaxing holiday indeed. LOL, I needed the R&R!! Life has just been so stressful recently!!!! School stress, life stress, and just... stress! You know? Haha, I'm being kinda vague, huh? :)
But my day consisted of;
Sleeping in till 11:30 am.
Reading a book while tanning. (Awww yeah.)
Listening to music, I found this Christian band, Needtobreathe, their pretty good!
Talked to some of my awesome friends. :)
Chillaxin' with the family, (I love them!)
And grilling out brats and hotdogs! Yummm!

Oh, the young...

I'm sick and tired of people looking down on me because of my age!
Do/did you ever feel like that? Like people just automatically form a bad opinion of you because of your age?
I get that a lot.
People older than me act as if just because I'm younger that I am incapable of doing something, anything...
 Just because I'm a teenager doesn't make me stupid!!!
It just kinda bugs me, ya know? :)

 But I found this verse...

Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
  -1 Timothy 4:12

We are called to be examples to not just people younger, or the same age as us, but to ALL believers. We need to be examples to everyone, young and old alike.

  So people have no reason to look down on us because of our age. :)

And lately the weather has been so bipolar...

Haha, I just had to write about something that matched the lyrics to a Relient K song!
Yes, all across the country has been having crazy weather!
 This past weekend there were tornado warning from Canada all the way down to Mexico!
In fact, last Sunday night I even saw some rotation in the sky!
And I heard that there are supposed to be more tornadoes today in Missouri...

Crazy weather... One of the busiest tornado seasons of all time!
 I hope you're all staying safe!

Life keeps moving....

Soo... I haven't been such a good blogger recently! Sorry! Ugh, life has just been sooo hectic! School has just been taking up all my time, with finals coming up next week! (I'm homeschooled by the way.) And, well, I've always had a pretty simple life, so all this busyness is just tirin' me out!!!!!!

 I am definitely excited for the summer!
The relaxed days.
Time spent with friends.
Suntanning!
Lemonade.
Sleeping in till 12:00 pm!
NO SCHOOL!
And last but not least, my mission trip coming up in June!

Oh summer, hurry up and get here! :)

Just one of those days...

Yes, we've all had days like these! The kinda day I'm talkin about, is one of those days, when almost everything seems to be going perfect. These days are a blessing and a curse to me. A blessing because, well, everything is going perfect!!! And a curse, 'cause usually following right after these days are horrible days. You know? That's just how it goes for me! One day is spectacular, then the next ends up as the worst  day of my life or something! LOL, so this makes me wonder what's gonna happen to me tomorrow...? Ugh.

But today is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it. So I'll just enjoy today, and all the blessings that came with it, and I'll deal with tomorrow when it gets here! :)

Well today is Mothers Day! Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there!
And I would like to give a special thank-you to my amazing, wonderful mother. Mom, I am so thankful to you and Dad for raising me! You gave me a fun, godly environment to grow up in. I've always had your loving support in my life, and I wouldn't be who I am today without you! Thank you for loving me, and for raising me the way you did, YOU ARE AN AMAZING MOTHER! I LOVE YOU!
